By using Busy Bubbles Services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
In creating an account, you agree to: (a) review the pricing to be charged for your use of the services; and (b) authorize Busy Bubbles and its affiliates to charge your card for any and all fees incurred by your use of service: and (c) understand that Busy Bubbles reserves the right to hold back deliveries until there is payment for services rendered.
Upon scheduling, you agree that Busy Bubbles may send you informational text (SMS) and email messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the services; You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) and email messages may impact your use of the services or cancel any future services.
Busy Bubbles will attempt to charge the payment on file three times. If our attempts are unsuccessful, we will block your account from scheduling until your unpaid balance has been settled. Busy Bubbles will send multiple notifications, reminding you to update your payment information. If we are unable to receive compensation within a month of your clothes being delivered, we reserve the right to then transfer the uncollected balance to a collections agency.
Busy Bubbles reserves the right to charge for extra sanitization (10% of subtotal) on orders with excessive animal fur, dirt, bodily fluid or otherwise soiled.
Busy Bubbles exercises the utmost care in cleaning items. We do not assume responsibility for defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to delicate fabrics.
Customers should ensure pockets are empty before pickup, as we can not be held responsible for any items left in pockets or for damage to your garments from items left in pockets.
Busy Bubbles will not be responsible for any reparation beyond $50.00. Any single item will not be valued beyond $25.00 for reimbursement.
Please report any missing clothing items to support@busybubbles.org within 24 hours of delivery. Busy Bubbles is not responsible for any missing items reported after this time.
Busy Bubbles has implemented systems to prevent the loss of items from happening, but cannot guarantee loss of clothing.
Any lost item must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted more than 2 days after the delivery will not be considered.
Busy Bubbles does not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a laundry bag, such as watches, jewelry, or headphones.
Busy Bubbles drivers do all they can to ensure that laundry is picked up within the appointment time slot. Our drivers will contact you when they are on thier way instructing you to leave your bags out. Upon arrival, if no laundry is in the designated location, they will attempt to ring the doorbell, call and/or text. If no contact is made within 5 minutes of arrival, they will move on to the next customer and the card on file will be charged a $24 missed pickup fee.
Busy Bubbles requires a 24 hour reschedule/cancellation notice. If notice is not received within that time period, there will be a $24 charge to the card on file.
Upon order completion, Busy Bubbles a driver will text the customer when they are on their way, and send a picture of items in the designated location if unattended. Busy Bubbles is not responsible for missing items from orders that are picked up or dropped off in an unsecured or unattended location.
